Lights off

Description

This video shows a Silverback Mountain Gorilla called Mukunda being moved from one part of Virunga National Park to another. He had been ravaging crops belonging to villagers living on the outskirts of the park. So the Park Vets anaesthetized him and then the Park Rangers carried up him further into the forest. It sounds easier than it is: this animal weighs 170 kilos and they carried him all day, up very steep hills, under the African sun.
